 Yes! We have a minimum order of $1,000, which includes an initial consultation, an on-site visit if needed, all candle rentals, as well as set-up and breakdown services. Additional fees may apply for multiple venues or highly complex setups. If your order doesn’t meet our minimum, ask about our DIY packages. Please note that all DIY packages include a mandatory damage waiver fee.


 We understand that life happens, and plans may change. If you need to reschedule, any payments made will be applied as a credit toward your new date. If you need to cancel, you will receive a refund for any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. 


 Our booking process begins with you filling out the questionnaire on our website. This helps us understand your vision and needs before our initial consultation. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your event in detail and provide a custom quote tailored to your specific requirements. If needed (which we highly recommend), we’ll schedule a venue visit to ensure every detail is accounted for. All designs must be finalized at least one month before the event to guarantee a seamless experience. The final payment is due two weeks before the event. 


 Absolutely! You can secure your date with a $500 deposit, which covers half of our rental minimum. From there, we’ll collaborate to design and refine your vision. Your final order must be confirmed at least one month before your event to ensure a seamless experience.  


 We offer a variety of candles to complement any event, including Luxe Sand Wax candles, floating candles, taper candles in a range of colors, votives, and tea lights. All of our candles are available in both real flame and LED flameless options. In addition to candles, we provide a curated selection of elegant candle holders, including taper candle holders with hurricane sleeves, candelabras, stemmed glass holders, acrylic tea light orbs, and a beautiful assortment of votives. For an added touch, we offer optional upgrades such as delicate floral accents in bud vases and lush greenery for an additional cost.
